Miss Lindsey has been dancing since she was three years old. When she was only nine years old she already dreamed of owning her own dance school. Miss Lindsey became an assistant teacher in the fifth grade and was offered a teaching poisition her junior year of High School. After High School Lindsey attended and graduated from Dean College were she earned her degree in dance and performing arts. In June, 2000 Lindsey opened Lindsey's School of Dance in Clinton, MA. In the summer of 2004 Lindsey moved the studio to her home. The studio is now located in the finished basement of Miss Lindsey's home in Lancaster, MA.
The studio has a steady following, students have been dancing with Miss Lindsey for nine years (even before Lindsey's School of Dance opened.) Miss Lindsey's students have placed in competitons earning High Gold, Gold and Silver Trophies in Tap, Jazz and Hip Hop. Some of Miss Lindsey's students have gone on to dance in college themselves. They've attended and graduated from Dean College & Fitchburg State College in dance programs. She was also the choreographer for the Hudson Drama Workshop in Hudson, MA for two summers. Lindsey has put on numerous charity performances through the dance school including: Performances at Nursing Homes and Food & Toy Drives. Miss Lindsey is a wonderful mother of three beautiful children: Jacob, Courtney & Haley.
